Shipping policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or Spanish public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping zones and rates

Spain (Domestic)

  • Orders under €55.00: flat rate of €6.99
  • Orders €55.00 and above: FREE standard shipping
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

European Union

  • Flat rate: €2.00 per order
  • Covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and 23 additional EU member states
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

International (outside the EU)

  • Flat rate: €12.99 per order
  • Covers United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and 11 additional countries
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days
  • Note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier's website.

4. Delivery delays

Between The Sets is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Carrier delays or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

5. Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at sabinarancelguillermojavier@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
